Over the past decade, I’ve led projects that range from nationwide fitness equipment recalls to software rollouts and cross-functional service redesigns. My sweet spot is jumping into messy, high-stakes situations—where timelines are tight, stakeholders are stressed, and the path forward isn’t clear—and turning it all into an actionable plan.

I’ve worked in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings, partnering with product, quality, customer service, and field teams to solve the real issues that slow work down.
